Exchange Policy

PRODUCT DELIVERED IS BIG/SMALL IN SIZE? WANT A BIGGER/SMALLER SIZE?

  • If the size of the dress is not suitable, we can always exchange it for the size that fits you better.
  • Please ensure that the product remains unused/unworn with the tag intact. If you wish to proceed with the exchange, kindly raise the request within 3 days of receiving the delivery.
  • To initiate a size exchange request, you have two convenient options: you can easily raise the request from the 'My Account' section, or you can simply send us an email at support@shoprangeelo.com, stating the new size you need. Rest assured, you will receive a response within 48 working hours.
  • We will arrange a pick-up of the product delivered to you and get a fresh piece made in the new required size and it will be dispatched as soon as it gets ready. In case the pickup facility is not available on the provided pin code, the customer has to ship the product back to the Rangeelo office at her/his own risk, costs & responsibility within 7 days of receipt of the product.
  • If a piece is exchanged once, it cannot be returned or exchanged a second time.
  • In case the new required size required is not available, Our Standard Returns and Cancellation Policy is applicable.

WANT TO RETURN THE PRODUCT AND BUY A NEW PRODUCT ADJUSTING THE AMOUNT ALREADY PAID?

  • You can raise the return request from the 'My Account' section or drop us a mail at support@shoprangeelo.com mentioning that you need a STORE CREDIT for the product delivered and you will get a revert within the next 24 working hours.
  • The product should be unused/unworn & Tag should be intact and the request should be raised within 3 days of delivery.
  • We will arrange a pick-up of the product delivered to you. In case the pickup facility is not available on the provided pin code, the customer has to ship the product back to the Rangeelo office at her/his own risk, costs & responsibility within 7 days of receipt of the product.
  • Once we receive the returned product, we promptly issue a Store Credit by adding an amount equivalent to the product value to your 'Rangeelo Account'. This credit can be used during your next purchase with us by applying it on the payment page of our website.
  • Store Credit will be promptly issued within 24 hours of receiving the returned product.

THIS EXCHANGE POLICY IS APPLICABLE ONLY FOR DOMESTIC ORDERS/ORDERS DELIVERED WITHIN INDIA ONLY. FOR INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, REGULAR RETURNS AND CANCELLATION POLICY IS APPLICABLE FOR EXCHANGE.
